Instant seeks an energetic Head of Growth Marketing to supercharge our growth ambitions.
Instant is a technology company on a mission to power the world's most innovative brands, driving their revenue and retention on autopilot. We have grown revenue from $0-3M ARR in the past 6 months, have 4 products in market, raised $8+ pre-seed, and we want you to be a critical part of scaling up this velocity even further!
As our Head of Growth Marketing, you'll be at the forefront of our ambitious growth trajectory. You’ll flood our sales team with high-quality inbound leads to fuel our growth to $10m ARR and beyond. You'll take charge of positioning Instant as the go-to solution in our industry, crafting compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience. Your insights will fuel our sales enablement efforts, empowering our sales team with the tools they need to close deals effectively.

As a Head of Growth Marketing you will:
Urgent Growth & Revenue: Drive strategic initiatives to achieve aggressive growth targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
Our primary channels are social, founder content, performance marketing, customer referrals, industry events and partnerships.
Build a roadmap for achieving longer-term revenue objectives and own day-to-day execution across all channels.
Sales Enablement: Equip our sales team with impactful collateral, case studies, battle cards, training, and resources to accelerate the sales cycle and drive revenue.
Positioning & Messaging: Develop and refine Instant's product positioning and messaging to differentiate us in the market and drive recognition.
Self-Service Growth: Drive inbound lead generation, attracting brands to self signup and begin using Instant without ever needing to speak with our sales team.
Front-Door Surfaces: Own our front-door surfaces, including website, marketing messaging and conversion funnels.
About you:
2-5 years of marketing experience with B2B SaaS products.
Strong understanding and experience with SEO, content marketing strategies, and inbound lead generation.
Deep understanding of performance marketing and email marketing.
Experience running customer referral programs.
Ability to manage projects end-to-end with a practical, results-driven approach
Proven experience in growth marketing, with a track record of driving tangible results in fast-paced environments.
Strong strategic mindset coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
A passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
