About The Role 🤔:
Due to our continued growth, we're in search of a Product Manager to bolster our trading team, which shoulders the crucial task of streamlining the process for marketplaces and game studios to facilitate the trading of in-game assets on the blockchain.
We're looking for a Product Manager with a blend of product craftsmanship and technical proficiency to steer our product development effectively. Your role will be instrumental in helping us transition from catering to early adopter game studios and gamers to capturing a broader mainstream market.
You’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into Web 3 through coaching and mentoring from our amazing product leaders!
You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮:
- Scope, prioritise, and execute essential new product features
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure that we develop the correct features in the appropriate phases to unlock maximum customer value
- Foster close alignment between the product and GTM (Go-to-Market) team, who are actively promoting the product
- Generate market impact by delivering unique and differentiated product offerings
- Craft solutions with internal engineers and external marketplaces to increase liquidity across the platform
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:
- A technical and/or tertiary background in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience working in a highly technical environment
- Ability to rapidly master technical concepts and work with engineers to identify the right path forward when encountering technical barriers
- Ability to generate alignment amongst stakeholders, as well as clearly and concisely communicate the team’s mission and vision to senior leadership
- Product evangelist with the ability to advocate for the product within the business, working with other departments
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams to create a consistent, reliable shipping cadence
