About The Role 🤔:
In this newly created role as a Head of Revenue Strategy, you'll have the opportunity to drive our studio's commercial success with a fresh perspective. You will take charge and own high-impact revenue projects like optimising our studio tokens, leveraging DAO structures, enhancing VIP programs and more.
With two live games and four partner games, you'll play a key role in executing strategic revenue initiatives and shaping our studio's financial future. As the financial liaison, you'll also report on the P&L and performance of our games, ensuring transparency and accountability across the board.
You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮:
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to utilise analytics and quantitative analysis for monitoring and reporting game performance
- Analyse reports to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses across our game portfolio, track KPI trends, and offer insights to game teams for improvement
- Contribute ideas for new features aimed at boosting user conversion, retention, and monetisation
- Lead the development and promotion of revenue-generating opportunities at the studio level
- Partner with finance to create forecasts and explore commercial scenarios
- Collaborate and work closely with the monetisation team, executive producers, and senior leadership team to tackle business performance challenges across the Studio
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:
- Experience in a top-tier financial services, legal or management consultant firm OR experience in a BizOps role at a successful Video Game Company
- Proven success in creating and executing high-level commercial strategies
- Robust data analysis and reporting abilities to extract insights and narrate findings
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to liaise with all levels of seniority and partners
- Experience in managing and advising on P&Ls
- An empathetic understanding towards gamers
